6 heated towel rails and radiators you need in 2020

So here we are, in the second month of 2020. With the mad rush of December behind us and the long drag of January finally over, we can start to get back to normality.

February is the perfect time of the year to consider home décor upgrades and interior revamps. It is also the first month of the year most of us have the brain space to consider such things. Now is the right time to create some ideas and put plans in place to get your home on-trend and refreshed.

Considering how much time we spend in our homes, it should become our perfect little sanctuary—a place in which we can relax and unwind. Heating your home efficiently will help to achieve this and trends are a key player in keeping our homes beautiful yet functional.

I’m Nicky, and as the stylist here at The Heating Co., I know a thing or two about trends and interiors. So, in this blog post, I’m going to share with you my top 6 radiators and heated towel rails you need to have in your home in 2020.

The Heating Co. Elsdon stone grey curved heated towel rail

When it comes to heated towel rails, the “go to” finish has always been chrome. In recent months, I have seen a huge rise in people opting for a change from the ordinary. The Heating Co. Elsdon curved heated towel rail in stone grey is a perfect example of switching it up. This towel rail is a brilliant alternative, making a subtle statement in your home. It would look great against a solid-coloured background too. The slight curve to the towel holder also adds a softer finish, and when paired with curvy furniture, it can create a calming yet creative look.

The Heating Co. Dulwich white vertical triple column radiator

The next of my top picks for 2020 is the Dulwich vertical radiator. This one really stands out as it’s such a versatile product and ideal for numerous rooms in your home. As you can see, this radiator is ideal for kitchens and would tie in charmingly with a contemporary vintage look.

The Dulwich column radiator is a contemporary twist on a classic cast iron radiator. With both white and grey versions available, it can be used throughout your home and, at just 380mm wide, it’s a great little space saver.

The Heating Co. Burton white heated towel rail

Now, this towel warmer is my absolute favourite! If I was to pick a new heated towel rail for my bathroom this would be my top choice.

As I mentioned earlier, we are all becoming a little more design savvy and venturing away from the typical chrome finishes. The Burton heated towel rail in white is a hit with trendsetters and interior designers alike. A white finish can add a clean look which is perfect for the bathroom. It is also a versatile finish meaning it can be paired with a variety of colours and schemes. White is set to take the world of home interiors by storm in 2020, so make sure you get on-board with this trend!

The Heating Co. Rohe anthracite grey heated towel rail with hangers

Another one of my favourites is The Heating Co. Rohe anthracite grey heated towel rail. A big trend in 2020 is switching things up and going for black and anthracite finishes. You can easily combine this towel rail with several other products in your bathroom from black taps to accessories. I love how the radiator also has angled towel holders making it much easier to use—a great feature.

The Heating Co. Winchester chrome floorstanding heated towel rail

Another great pick for 2020 is this beautiful, vintage style heated towel rail. This is an elegant looking product, tying in well with a classic, traditional style bathroom. Whilst this product is predominantly used in bathrooms, it will also work well in a pantry or laundry room due to its ample storage, helping to keep your towels and clothes warm and dry.

The Heating Co. Harrison anthracite grey heated towel rail

The Harrison heated towel rail has a very unusual quality. Boasting a more artistically-inspired shape, it’ll certainly add a serious wow factor to your home.

This rad looks incredible when paired with matching taps and accessories. Black is the “go to” colour for interior finishes and you can certainly see why! It’s a big on-trend finish and looks set to become an even bigger hit in 2020.
